RETURN POLICY
Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns require a return authorization number & will incur return freight charges. Please call us at 888.725.3633 to request a return authorization. Items must be in new, unused condition & in their original boxes. Returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns must be shipped prepaid, contain a copy of the original invoice and must have a return authorization #. Returns will be inspected prior to replacement or credit issued. Returns not deemed defective may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive for the quickest order processing possible: We will ship your order the same business day for in stock items when the order is received before 2:00 pm (US Eastern). Orders received after 2:00 pm (US Eastern), on a holiday or weekend will ship on the next business day.
Address Corrections/ Package Refusal
If a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional shipping fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our re sending the package. Shipping fee amount to be charged will equal the actual cost of shipping. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address you will be charged for shipping and or address correction.
